Statement of Khanum Muhtaram Mahmud-zadah Sabit against Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar, 1934
Statement written by Khanum Muhtaram Mahmud-zadah Sabit, landowner and resident of Sarduzak, to the court of Fars against Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar, farmer and resident of Dihkurah, requesting Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar to pay what he owes based on a settlement between them over the benefits of half of the land known as Khilak for five hundred rials per year. Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar hasn't paid the taxes for the last two years and the landowner had to pay them. Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar has also usurped the other half of the land. On the margin, Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar denies the statement.

Includes a petition by Muzaffar Ardalan-pur, son of Sharaf al-Mulk from Kurdistan (son of Sharaf al-Mulk the Governor of Kurdistan), to the Majlis and his complaint against ‘Abbas Khan Sardar Rashid and his wife, who have seized the property of the writer and his two younger brothers. The writer has retrieved his land in Ravansar but other properties remain in the possession of Sardar Rashid and his wife. Regarding Anis al-Dawlah's complaint, 1914 to 1915
Correspondence of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Interior, and the Treasury General regarding Anis al-Dawlah's complaint about usurpation of parts of her property in Hisar Zirak village in Shahriyar by the tenants of the Firdaws village. The investigation by Yahya Mushavir al-Ra‘aya of Shahriyar's Finance Department concludes that the claim was made once before by the previous owner, Shahzadah Amir A‘zam, and the government had voted against him at the time.
